The completion of the Ontario College Agent Training module does not formally endorse, accredit or validate agents and counsellors.

Please be advised that public colleges in Ontario should continue to follow their due diligence processes and the Ontario International Education Standards of Practice when considering a partnership with third-party recruitment agencies and other international student recruitment entities. This includes seeking the appropriate legal counsel and following the provincial procurement and contracting regulations.
